Planning Engineer

The Planning Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting operations. The main responsibility is to plan and schedule projects for efficient execution and timely delivery. The Planning Engineer collaborates closely with project managers and engineers to develop comprehensive plans, monitor progress, and manage resources using project management software. The main contributions are essential for smooth project operations and meeting objectives on time. 

Key Responsibilities (but not Limited): 

• Collaborate on detailed project plans with managers and engineers. 
• Identify milestones, deliverables, and resource needs. 
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for adherence to deadlines. 
• Analyze project data for risks and resource constraints. 
• Communicate schedule changes effectively. 
• Utilize project management software for tracking. 
• Prepare project reports and presentations. 
• Support continuous improvement efforts. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. 

Experience:  

• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within the EPC or construction industry with 2-5 years. 

Key Skills 

• Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring. 
• Skilled in Primavera and Microsoft Project. 
• Strong analytical and communication skills. 
• Collaborative and detail oriented. 
• Knowledgeable in industry best practices.
