Successful Session on “Inclusive Culture: Respect in Action” by Ms. Melisha Rajopadhaya
We are pleased to announce that the Cosmic team recently had a fruitful session on the topic “Inclusive Culture: Respect in Action,” led by Ms. Melisha Rajopadhaya, the People and Culture Manager at Owl Digital. This session, which marks the first Talk Workshop focused on Q1’s culture enhancement theme of “Inclusivity and Respect,” was highly interactive, fostering active collaboration and insightful discussions.
Ms. Rajopadhyaya’s expertise and engaging approach provided the team with valuable perspectives on inclusivity and respect in the workplace. Participants were encouraged to share their thoughts and experiences, leading to a deeper understanding of how these values can be integrated into our daily work environment.
