The company legally incorporated in 28th Kartik, 2057 under Companies Act of Nepal to cater energy sector with the scope to develop transmission lines, distribution lines, substations and electrifications projects. The company started with consulting solutions for electrification works for buildings.
In 2004, the company started providing turn-key solutions for building electrification. In 2007, the company partnered with ABB Ltd. and became channel partners sales and promotion of ABB’s low voltage and medium voltage products in Nepal. In 2010, the company started electric distribution network solutions in Nepal. In 2011, the company was certified with ISO 9001:2008 certification for quality management. In 2012, the company started providing solutions for the electric sub-stations/switch-yards projects. In 2013, the company started its operation for electric transmission line projects as EPC contractor. In 2016, the company achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification. In 2018, the company has been accredited for OHSAS 18001:2007 certification. In 2021, the company has accredited for 45001:2018 for health and safety management system. In 2022, the company has been converted into a public limited company.
